This notice covers the EORBITT website and enquiries. Data handled during a client project is governed by its project agreement. Questions can be sent to info@eorbitt.com.

Vercel hosts the site and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, browser details and requested pages, to deliver and protect it. Hosting providers may retain operational and security logs. The application contains no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts and visual assets are served from this website.

The form asks for your name, email, optional organisation, area of interest and message. Submitting sends these details through our server to our delivery provider. FormSubmit is the default provider and retains submissions for 30 days; a configured email provider may be used instead. The server uses a temporary IP-based submission counter to limit abuse. Do not include passwords, private keys or confidential client records.

Information you send is used to assess and respond to your enquiry and discuss the proposed work. Hosting and email delivery involve service providers, which may process information outside your country. Your own email provider also handles messages you send.

The site stores dismissal of its language suggestion in browser local storage, as described in the cookies notice. For questions about your information, retention, correction or deletion, contact info@eorbitt.com. Responses depend on the records involved, applicable requirements and any project agreement.
